I've been in the industry for 38 years. I trained under and became a platform artist for Irvin and Rita Rusk, a platform artist for Clairol and an Aveda Educator.
Katherine
I have been a stylist in Lafayette for the past 2 years, and have 7 years experience with color, haircuts and styling. I am also certified in hand-tied weft and tape in extensions.
Amanda
After starting her career at Jude Darbonne Salon in 1996, Amanda Arthur returns to the area with 29 years of experience. Amanda trained at the Aveda School in London and spent 20 years at the renowned Avant Salonin Austin, Texas, where she refined her skills and built a loyal following. Most recently, she worked in Aspen, Colorado, before returning to Lafayette. In addition to her work as a stylist, Amanda has served as a cosmetology educator for Aveda in Austin and now in Lafayette at Stellar Beauty Studio and Institute. Known for her expertise in precision cutting, Aveda hair color and personalized styling, Amanda is excited to bring her wealth of experience and passion back to the community she began her career in.
